Dr Scott Levy, a leading expert in Capital Markets, Green Bonds, Structured Finance and Islamic Finance, created XTCC as a solution to the problem of fair market value and liquidity for high-integrity carbon credits. More than 25 years working in Financial Services around the world. For the last 22 years, asset backed securities, securitisation, debt capital markets, structuring, Islamic finance and asset management have been his focus and the impact of regulatory change on product development. Specific focus on legal and operational risk particularly as relates to marketing, the prospectus directive, AML and KYC.

As the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of GMEX Group and ZERO13, excels in the creation and operation of digital exchanges and marketplaces for a wide range of assets, including carbon credits and ESG-related assets. With a rich 25-year background in financial services, Hirander's expertise spans exchange strategy, trading technology, and regulation, enhancing the capabilities in authentication and verification of digital assets. As the Chairman of BlueMount Capital (UK) and a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, Stuart's expertise is both broad and profound. His journey through the financial sector over more than five decades includes pivotal positions such as Chief Investment Officer at Close Investments and the entrepreneurial spirit to establish Escher UK Asset Management. Dr Andrew Hildreth, Chief Economist at XTCC, leverages over 25 years of expertise in economics and statistics to spearhead the development of a hedonic index model, aimed at revolutionising carbon credit pricing. His innovative approach seeks to introduce logic and transparency into the market by eliminating biases and adjusting for the introduction of new goods and rapid quality changes.

Currently, as CEO of IHC Esyasoft Climate Technologies, Kevin leads the charge in developing carbon markets and establishing carbon as a vital commodity for climate investments. His experience covers a wide range of financial markets, from commodities to equities and fixed incomes. 


As President of ACX in the Middle East & Africa, he spearheaded the creation of the first regulated carbon exchange in Abu Dhabi, a major step for the region's green economy. Kevin leverages his expertise in digital trading and regulatory compliance to drive global financial markets and innovate climate solutions. He is also a co-founder of the UAE Carbon Alliance and advises numerous startups in the carbon sector.
